SMG Finance is an internal accounting application operated by Scratch Music Group, Inc. (“SMG”) for the companies in its group: Scratch Music Group, Inc., Scratch Music Group LLC, Scratch Events LLC and Scratch DJ Academy LLC. It isn’t offered, sold or licensed to anyone outside SMG.
Only employees and advisors SMG authorizes may use it, and only for SMG’s own bookkeeping and reporting. A QuickBooks Online company is connected only by one of its own administrators, and that administrator can disconnect it at any time, from QuickBooks or by asking SMG.
The application reads accounting data from the connected companies. Where SMG enables it, it also records summarized journal entries in those same companies’ books. It’s provided as is, for SMG’s internal use, without any warranty to third parties.
