Q: What's the difference between Standard, Deluxe & Premium lessons?
A: All of our instructors are trained off of the same curriuclum, however, there is a difference in teaching experience as well as professional dj experience. In addition, certain skills may require the expertise of a professor or director.

Q: How do I schedule my lessons?
A: Please contact the office at 888.725.5557 x1 to schedule your first lesson. Most students will get on a weekly, or twice a week schedule in order to create a regular routine; however, you can schedule your lessons at your convenience.

Q: Can I learn off of equipment that I have already purchased?
A: Of course you can! We encourage students to bring in equipment (controllers, mixers) that they are comfortable with and your instructor will be able to tailor your lessons around you and what you wish to cover.

Q: Can I learn in the privacy of my own home?

Q: Can I get back into the "track" in order to complete my mixing degree?
A: Yes, your instructor will be able to keep you on a parallel course in order to complete your degree. Many students have started on private lessons and completed the program in our semester courses, and vice versa.

Q: Do the private lesson packages expire?
A: Your private lessons are good for one year from purchase date. Most students will get on a weekly, or twice a week schedule in order to create a regular routine.

All courses are subject to change or cancellation by Scratch DJ Academy. In the event that a course must be cancelled by Scratch, all students in that course are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made by the student after the start of the current term are subject to a $50 cancellation fee as well as a $75 charge per class attended. No refunds will be given after the 3rd class.
