This 6-week course is designed for the person who wants to start
making beats. Students will spend the majority of the time receiving
hands on training with MIDI sequencing and digital audio editing
software. Each student will learn at his or her own workstation
equipped with an Alienware
Ozma m laptop. At the conclusion of the 6 weeks, each student will
leave the class with at least 6 original beats that he or she has
produced. This overview course is ideal for students interested
in starting their career in production, as well as for those interested
in picking up a new hobby.
