Will I learn how to mix?
Yes! This class gives you all of the tools to be able to beat match and understand mixing better!
How long will it take before I can be a DJ?
Since everyone learns at a different pace, it’s hard to give you a timeframe. However, most of our students finish our certificate program in 12-18 months. There is a way to expedite that process as well through bootcamps, intensive courses, and private lessons. Please contact your local Academy and we can help you plan your journey!
What happens if I miss a class?
Open studio times, supervised practice, make up sessions, and weekly reviews in class are available to help you catch up. Speak to a representative at your Academy to make arrangements to cover missed material.
If I am already using Serato or an NS7 can I use that in class?
The techniques covered in class can be applied universally to other DJing equipment. Our instructors will help you to take the skills taught in class and apply it to the equipment you have. You can bring it to class, but everything you will need is here in our studio!
